+Which Tiny Fur Friend do I want?

I offer a wide range of styles, but the fur friends stay tiny.

-Frameless: This is best for people who would like to buy their own frames. The painting will be sent to you like a picture ready to be framed. The default size is 5”X7” but I can resize it to fit your need, please let me know. (If you want the portrait framed, please please a deposit for one Fancy Frame and I will work with you to pick the perfect frame).

-Tiny Frame: I offer 2 tiny metal frames year-round, one hanging one standing and they are both about the size of your palm (2.5”X3.5”).

-Locket: One of my most popular items! They take a very long time to create so I will also make announcements when I open for locket orders (usually available for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas).

-Canvas/wood Slice: These are tiny, fun, and slightly more cartoonish pieces that normally made into magnets but they can be hung just like any regular wall decoration.

-Other Items: I am constantly creating more fun items, such as the customized shoes, and cartoon paintings, please stay tuned for my newest offering!

+Can I get a Tiny Portrait for my fur baby?

I paint primarily 🐶. If you have other pets, please reach out for availability.

+How do I send photos?

You will be prompted to fill out your email address when checking out. I will follow up via email by no later than 48 business hours. Please check your junk emails or reach out to me if you don't receive an email from me within 48 hours after you place the order. Please note that if I don't hear from you for over a week I will follow up again and wait for your response. If I don't hear from you about the photos for longer than 30 days after the order is placed and thus I can't complete the order, I will NOT issue a refund.

If you can’t choose from all the cute photos you have, you will also have the option to let me know your IG handle and I will create the best piece for you.

It’s ok if you don't have one good photo, I can use a combination of a few to create the best facial expression/ pose for you (restrictions may apply, we can communicate more via email).

+What kinds of photos should I use?

It's whichever photo(s) you like the most of your fur baby!
🐶 If you want a headshot, it can be either a side profile or a camera facing smile.
🐕 For the full-body drawing, please make sure the picture is not cut off. If the picture is cut off, please send me some supporting pictures so I can see what the cut-off features (tail/ ears/ paws...) look like.If you like the face in one pic and like the pose in another? No problem I can help you combine them into the final piece (some restriction may apply, we will communicate more via email).
Send me any notes you might have, such as a special feature that you would like to see in the portrait. I am very flexible and the portrait is very customizable too. Communication is KEY!

+What if I don't like the portrait?

Ah, this honestly does not happen to me often and I respect the fact that not everyone will be happy about the final product but please remember that art is subjective, also although I am trying my very best to make sure the paintings reflect real life, the goal is not to look excatly 100% like the photos.

1. Please make sure to communicate with me on anything special before I start the portrait. For example, if your pup has a small special mark on her back that you really want to see in the painting, please specify so I won't paint her in the position that her back wouldn't show, and also I can be sure to include the mark in the portrait.
2. If you don't like the portrait, please let me know the exact reasons. I offer to redo it once, and you will see the picture of the second version within one week before I ship again. If you still don't like the second version, I will issue a full refund.

+What is the turnaround time?

Normally orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks if not faster, and they are going out on a "first ordered first shipped" basis. I also annouce the latest delivery date with each rounds of the opening via Instagram. I ship everything via USPS. Domestic shipping normally takes about 4 days. Regular international shipping is around 10-14 days. Some regions might take longer.

However during the holiday seasons, especially for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, the turnaround time might be longer than usual, I will specify with your order. If you need anything expedited please let me know (additional fees may apply).
